M&A Announcement 🤝
The Parable team is thrilled to announce that our client CNX has been acquired by First Focus. With offices across New Zealand, CNX is a highly respected IT managed services provider (MSP) in the NZ marketplace. This transaction marks a significant milestone - creating a true trans-Tasman leader within the ANZ MSP space and further strengthens First Focus's international growth platform.
Parable acted as exclusive, sell-side M&A advisor to CNX. It was our great pleasure to advise and support Paul Burt during this important chapter in his ownership journey.
